Canadian Rockies Raptor Trip

This being our 10th anniversary year, Russ and I decided to knock some items off our bucket list. We are driving from here to the Canadian Rockies. We are staying in Banff National Park and hope to visit 4 other National Parks, family in Ottumwa, and parts of Montana. Being photographers, we will be shooting along the way. Two of my must shoot items are the Northern Lights (if we see them) and Lake Louise. Cubby, our dog, is coming too! So hop on board and enjoy our ride!

Day 6 Begins And We Say Good-bye To Montana

Good mornings Friends! It's overcast and 47 degrees today. Live that defused light! The fall colors are popping. We say good-bye today to Whitefish, MT. What a beautiful, magnificent area.

We are headed to Banff today. They are calling for snow there this week.

The biggest challenge today is getting across the border. Cubby begins an international traveler today. We will be entering through Roosville. Keep your fingers crossed for a smooth crossing.

We will pass back through Montana on our way back, so although we say good bye today, we will see it soon again.
