Canadian Rockies Raptor Trip

This being our 10th anniversary year, Russ and I decided to knock some items off our bucket list. We are driving from here to the Canadian Rockies. We are staying in Banff National Park and hope to visit 4 other National Parks, family in Ottumwa, and parts of Montana. Being photographers, we will be shooting along the way. Two of my must shoot items are the Northern Lights (if we see them) and Lake Louise. Cubby, our dog, is coming too! So hop on board and enjoy our ride!

Flathead Lake

Last night we were talking about Flathead Lake with Pauline and Dennis. Dennis said it was the largest natural freshwater lake this side of the Mississippi. As we were Kalispell tonight we passed it and are still passing it. Its big. Anyway we stopped and took a few shots. Its beautiful!!

Storage Issue Resolved

We found a wonderful lady that owns a storage place that rented us a 10x10 unit for $10 for a week. So we have,a place to store some of our stuff before we cross the border.

I am enjoying meeting people along the way. We have been so blessed. This lady was born and raised I. Eureka, Montana. They are a close knit community. After their kids grew up, they moved to Kalispell.

We met another lady that owns a storage place that lived in Front Royal, Va years a
go.

Problem solved. :)
